The production process of plywood veneer wood panel requires strict process control and high-quality raw material guarantee, as follows:

Preparation: The wood is peeled or sliced into veneer of a certain thickness. Peeling is to fix the whole log on the peeling machine, and cut the wood into continuous veneer pieces through rotation and the action of the knife; sliced is to plane the wood into veneer along the radial or tangential direction. The prepared veneer needs to be dried and trimmed to ensure its uniform thickness and smooth surface.

Gluing process: The dried veneers are stacked in order, and the adhesive is evenly applied between the veneers. Commonly used adhesives include phenolic resin, urea formaldehyde resin, etc. These adhesives have the advantages of high bonding strength, good water resistance, environmental protection and non-toxicity. The veneer after gluing is hot-pressed by a hot press at a certain temperature and pressure to form a preliminary plywood.

Cutting and trimming: The hot-pressed plywood is cooled and cured, and then cut and trimmed. Cutting is to cut the plywood into sizes that meet the requirements of furniture making, and trimming is to smooth the edges of the plywood to improve the aesthetics and safety of the finished product.

Surface treatment: In order to enhance the visual effect and durability of plywood, surface treatment is an essential step. Common surface treatment methods include painting, veneer, embossing, etc. Painting can enhance the wear resistance and waterproofness of plywood; veneer can choose different textures and colors according to the hotel style to achieve decorative effects; embossing can increase the three-dimensional sense and texture of plywood.

Quality inspection: The finished plywood veneer wood panel needs to undergo strict quality inspection, including size, flatness, gluing strength and other aspects of the inspection to ensure that each piece of plywood meets national standards and customer needs. Only plywood that passes the quality inspection can be put into the production of hotel furniture.
