A: We may provide samples of their products for the hotel to choose designs and materials that suit their needs and room sizes. Finally, the presentation to our clients can be in form of furniture layout plan, proposal photos, technical drawings or 3D rendering.

A: Yes, after we confirmed the purchase contract, our designer and project manager will come to your construction site to measure and give you some professional advise about the furniture making, and based on the on-site measurements, we will make an accurate procurement list (including dimensions and furniture quantities) and detailed drawing in English.

A: Generally, the production lead time for custom furniture is 4-8 weeks, depending on the complexity and quantity of the order.

A: Our minimum order quantity is usually a full set of one series of furniture for more than 30 rooms, but specific situations can be negotiated based on customer needs.

A: We accept various payment methods, including bank transfer, L/C, credit card payment, and some electronic payment platforms available in certain countries.

A: Before mass production, we provide color board samples, fabric samples, and hardware samples for customer confirmation. Mass production will be carried out according to the approved samples.
